Not contain any substance, originating from the micro organisms in amounts, which may represent a risk to health and free from worm damaged kernels or any sign to infections from insects. Free from shells, dust, insects and other foreign matter.

Qualities                              : Regular form, yellow to amber colour, without the shell, with skin.                                                     

Odour / Taste                      : Natural and fresh, hazelnut, not rotten, not mouldy, not rancid, not bitter.

Size (according usage)     : 9-15μμ

Sorting                                 : 9-11mm     ; 11-13mm   ; 13-15 mm

Texture                                 : firm and brittle
