Free from shells, dust, insects and other foreign matter.

Qualities                              : Regular form, yellow to amber colour, without the shell, with skin.                                                     

Odour / Taste                      : Natural and fresh, hazelnut, not rotten, not mouldy, not rancid, not bitter.
